About the Role: Parabrahma Naturals & Essentials is an emerging local agricultural distribution business. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our daily B2B sales. You will be the face of our brand on the ground, responsible for building strong relationships with local vegetable vendors, supermarkets, and fish market stalls to ensure our daily harvest of fresh produce (such as premium Organic based Red Cheera or Red Rose Spinach) reaches retail shelves quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: * Conduct daily early-morning field visits to local vegetable shops, fish markets, and supermarkets to secure bulk orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local retail vendors.
- Coordinate with the farm supply and delivery teams to ensure timely morning drop-offs.
- Communicate product availability, negotiate pricing, and manage daily order lists (often via phone and WhatsApp).
- Collect outstanding payments and track daily sales targets.
Requirements: * Strong knowledge of the local geography and retail markets in and around Karunagappalli,Kunnathur,Punalur,Kollam
- Fluency in local language and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work early morning hours to align with local market timings.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and a personal two-wheeler for daily field travel.
- Prior experience in field sales, FMCG distribution, or perishable goods is highly preferred but not mandatory for a driven candidate.
