Identify and approach potential customers and generate new business leads. * Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. * Conduct field visits and meet customers as required. * Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales. * Maintain regular reports of sales activities, leads and customer interactions. * Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding and service. * Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements: * Good communication and convincing skills. * Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage. * Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience can apply. * Candidates comfortable with field sales are preferred.
