Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Course Counselor to join our team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aspiring students and engineering graduates, guiding them toward the right career training paths. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proven track record in educational counseling or academic sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students, B.Tech graduates, and working professionals regarding various career-oriented training programs.
- Handle inbound telephonic inquiries, walk-ins, and online leads to facilitate course registrations.
- Understand the career goals of candidates and recommend appropriate technical or vocational modules.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective candidates to maximize enrollment conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal academic team to understand upcoming batches, schedules, and curriculum details.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions, lead statuses, and counseling outcomes in our database.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in course counseling, academic sales, or educational consulting.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English; strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency and experience handling CRM tools or lead management systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month (Commensurate with experience)
- Performance Incentives: High-yielding performance-based incentives rewarding monthly enrollment targets.
