We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) – Civil to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Tech Civil graduates to start their careers in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience in site execution, quality, billing, planning, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily site execution and construction activities.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works.
- Support site engineers in project planning and coordination.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in quality checks and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams.
- Learn construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates from 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches are welcome.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Note
- Candidates must be willing to relocate as per project requirements.
- Only Civil Engineering graduates will be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
