We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Computer Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical computer training to students, job seekers, and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical computer training sessions.
- Teach basic to advanced computer skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Train candidates on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Teach Internet usage, Email, Digital Literacy, and Online Safety.
- Provide training in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Guide students in project work and practical assignments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests and practical examinations.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest computer technologies and training methodologies.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of computer lab equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), MCA, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (CCC, O Level, NIELIT, Microsoft, Tally, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or experienced trainers may apply.

- Excellent knowledge of computer fundamentals.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Classroom management and training skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Patience and ability to work with learners of different skill levels.
