Graduate Engineer Trainee - HRAs a GET, strive to create value across HR technology initiatives such as automation, analytics, system integrations, project implementation, applications, and data management.
Division: Central Partner Functions
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Python and Machine Learning concepts
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboards
- Understanding of databases and data management concepts
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Exposure to enterprise applications or ERP/HRMS platforms is an added advantage
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives across business applications
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Assist in data management, structuring, governance, and compliance activities
- Support API-based integrations, system maintenance, and enhancement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital and technology initiatives
- Assist in upkeep, maintenance, and support of HR systems
