Position Summary
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support the Purchase Department in managing
day-to-day procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, invoicing, documentation,
tracking, and expediting purchase processes.
The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and
documentation skills who can coordinate effectively with internal teams and external
vendors to ensure timely procurement and smooth purchase operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase activities as per internal timelines and requirements.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase-related documentation, including purchase
orders, quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and supporting records.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch schedules,
delivery timelines, and pending documents.
- Support invoice verification and ensure all required documents are available for
payment processing.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor communication, and procurement
documentation.
- Assist in vendor coordination, vendor data maintenance, and resolution of basic
purchase-related queries.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending materials, delayed deliveries, and
documentation gaps.
Key Competencies/Qualifications Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination, vendor follow-up, or
a similar function.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Engineering.
- Strong understanding of purchase documentation, invoicing, purchase order
tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to follow up professionally and clearly
with vendors and internal teams.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Proactive, organized, and process-oriented approach to work.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
