Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Revenue Generation- Assist customers in selecting diamond and gold jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets. Actively promote collections to achieve or exceed store targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, generate referrals, and drive brand loyalty.
3. Product Expertise: Educate customers on diamond quality factors (the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat), product authenticity, and proper jewellery care.Store
4. Operations: Assist with inventory management, stock handling, replenishing displays, and ensuring the showroom floor is clean, organized, and secure.
5. Compliance & Billing: Ensure accurate billing, handle payments, and maintain daily sales reports with proper documentation.
6. Market Awareness: Stay updated on current jewellery trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the local market.
7. To appoint new key retailers in the assigned territory.

Required candidate profile graduate/PG.
Minimum 3 years of experience, under graduates with marketing and sales experience can also be considered.
FMCG/Pharma
Candidate on notice period or looking out for job with immediate joining are welcome.
Candidate with and Urge to earn a least double than current potential with excellent sales & Marketing skills, expertise preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹42,377.40 per month
