Job Summary
The Patient Care Counsellor serves as the primary liaison between patients and the Doctor This role focuses on educating patients about treatment plans, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and ensuring a positive patient experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and care plans in a clear and compassionate manner
- Assist patients in understanding treatment benefits, risks, and expected outcomes
- Address patient concerns, anxieties, and complaints professionally and empathetically
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support patient retention and satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
- Follow up with patients pre and post- consultation to assess satisfaction and reinforce care instructions

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
