Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Network Security, Cyber Security, Firewalls, and Networking. The role involves providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, implementing security solutions, and enabling partners through training and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and solution implementations for partners and customers.
- Provide technical training and enablement to channel partners.
- Deliver technical support to partners and end customers.
- Coordinate with partner sales teams to promote the company's product portfolio.
- Manage and follow up on sales lead cases.
- Onboard and support new partners for business development.
- Conduct webinars, technical presentations, and product awareness sessions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Network Security and Cyber Security.
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls and Networking Devices.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, Routing, and Switching.
- Experience with security solutions such as Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in local language(s) will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, Network Security, Cyber Security, or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong customer handling and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
