Sales Executive – IndiaMART & Justdial Lead Conversion

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, WhatsApp, phone calls, website, and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable storage rack solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the order is confirmed.
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet retailers, distributors, supermarkets, warehouses, factories, and industrial clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Experience with IndiaMART/Justdial leads is preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler with is preferred.
