Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to assist in expanding our client base and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and an interest in sales and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
* Support outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and social media.
* Maintain and update client databases and follow-up records.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
* Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.
* Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident, proactive, and willing to learn sales strategies.
* Basic understanding of client handling and business communication.
* Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
* Interest in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
* Experience in internships, client interaction, or tele-calling is a plus.
