Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop HR policies and employee engagement activities
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee relations
- Coordinate with management on hiring and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow in a startup environment
