We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Spanish Language Trainer who can also guide and counsel prospective students.
Key ResponsibilitiesSpanish Language Training
- Teach Spanish language courses from A1 to B1 level (higher levels preferred).
- Conduct interactive online and offline classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.
- Help students prepare for international language certification exams.
Student Counselling
- Counsel prospective students regarding Spanish language courses.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Maintain follow-ups and update enquiry records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Conduct demo sessions and orientation classes.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Support promotional events, seminars, and workshops.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written Spanish.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong presentation and counselling abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and student-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Meet/Zoom, CRM).
Preferred Qualifications
- DELE certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior teaching or counselling experience is an advantage.
