Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision
- Assist in the execution and supervision of all construction activities at site.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material consumption records.
Civil & Structural Works
Supervise and monitor:
- Piling works and foundation activities.
- Basement excavation, shoring, dewatering, and earthwork operations.
- Reinforcement works including Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) verification.
- Raft foundations, retaining walls, and basement construction.
- Formwork, reinforcement, and concreting operations.
- Masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
MEP Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical installations.
- Ensure MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors to avoid clashes and delays.
- Quality Control
- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in inspections and quality checks for civil and MEP works.
- Monitor workmanship and report any non-conformities.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in safety inspections.
- Report unsafe conditions and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Planning & Coordination
- Support project planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor site inventory.
- Assist in resolving technical and execution-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in residential building construction projects.
Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of piling and foundation works.
- Understanding of basement excavation and basement construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and verification.
- Understanding of finishing works including masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and painting.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other MEP services.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
