Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including North Indian, South Indian, and basic regional cuisines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
- Handle bulk cooking for factory/industrial food production.
- Follow SOPs and maintain food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor and control raw material usage to minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Maintain daily production records if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in hotels, catering, or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Experience in bulk cooking is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
