Ø Sampling Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and sample deadlines. Ensure clear communication and understanding of design details, stitch patterns, colors, and any other specifications.
Ø Sample Development: Coordinate the development of samples based on client requirements. This includes selecting appropriate fabrics, threads, and other materials, as well as overseeing the process.
Ø Material Sourcing: Identify and source suitable embroidery materials, including fabrics, threads, backing materials, and trims, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Ø Quality Control: Inspect samples for accuracy, stitch quality, color matching, and overall finish. Identify any issues or discrepancies and work with production teams to resolve them effectively.
Ø Sample Timeline Management: Track and manage sample timelines to ensure samples are produced and delivered within agreed-upon deadlines
Ø Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and production teams regarding sample development
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sample details, including design specifications, materials used, production notes, and client feedback.
