Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments of children with developmental delays, disabilities, or injuries
- Evaluate fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognition, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Identify functional limitations and set measurable therapy goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Educate parents/caregivers on home programs and therapy techniques
- Provide guidance on adaptive strategies and assistive devices
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and reports
- Track outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly
Desired candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid license/registration with relevant council
- Freshers and experienced candidates both are considered
- Knowledge of child development and pediatric conditions
- Internship or pediatric exposure is an advantage
