Required Expertise:
- DRT & DRAT Matters
- NCLT & NCLAT Litigation
- Real Estate Litigation & Property Matters
- Land Due Diligence & Title Verification
- Property Documentation, Sale Deeds & Agreements
- Revenue Matters
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- SARFAESI Act
- Corporate & Commercial Litigation
- Legal Drafting, Vetting, Court Appearances & Legal Advisory
Qualification:
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
- Proven experience in independently handling litigation before DRT, DRAT, NCLT, and NCLAT
- Strong expertise in real estate and land-related legal matters, including title verification, documentation, and dispute resolution
