VIBES Healthcare Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) / Sales Head to join our Kalyani Nagar, Pune clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client relationship management, and team handling skills, preferably from the Beauty, Wellness, Slimming, Aesthetics, Healthcare, or Hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate the clinic sales team.
- Handle client consultations and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor daily clinic operations and performance.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and MIS.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales and team management.
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Slimming, Healthcare, Aesthetics, or Hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
