Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator & Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines used in the manufacturing of precision dental implants and related components. The role requires maintaining high accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with medical device manufacturing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:1. CNC Programming
- Create and edit CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for implant components.
- Interpret technical drawings, implant designs, and engineering specifications.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
2. Machine Operation
- Setup CNC Turning / Milling machines for titanium implant production.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
3. Quality Control
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Ensure implants meet required tolerances and surface finish standards.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO and medical manufacturing norms.
4. Maintenance & Safety
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
- Follow safety procedures and GMP practices.
- Report machine issues to maintenance team.
5. Production Coordination
- Work closely with QC, R&D, and Production teams.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Support new implant design trials and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in CNC Programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas preferred).
- Knowledge of Titanium machining and precision manufacturing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience in medical device or implant manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
