Position Overview
The Assistant Manager – Social Media will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing digital campaigns, content planning, online reputation, and performance analytics while ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, videos, infographics, product updates, campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Execute paid social media campaigns to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, HR, Customer Service, and Design teams to create impactful digital campaigns.
- Monitor online reputation, respond to customer queries, and manage social media communities professionally.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative partners for campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels and compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA (Marketing) or a certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Consumer Durables, Industrial Products, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO fundamentals, content marketing, and performance analytics.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
