Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the property with supervising housekeeping – quality check, administration, Staff and guest interaction.
- Know your guests by name & Create a friendly and homely environment for them.
- Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
- OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF- Handle escalated complaints
- Manage the reservations desk – calls, emails, guest requests, reservation enquiries etc. Make sure all channel response rates are exceptional.
- Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
- Build custom itineraries for guests as well as help them with relevant tickets, transport & Tour reservations.
- You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
- Publish personalized responses to reviews and guest feedback, also take relevant actions with reporting on negative feedback.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
*To be successful in the role, you need:
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English writing & speaking
- Organised with Documentation skills
- Yearning to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Extrovert personality
- Responsible & can take ownership
- Comfotable with both day and night shift
