Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately.
- Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform regular data backups and system updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Maintain accuracy and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Must have good communication skills and typing speed.

Experience
