We are looking for a production manager with experience of sheet metal fabrication industry and hands on experience in ERP .
Daily Responsibilities
- Review the Daily Production Plan with PPC.
- Conduct shift-start meeting.
- Allocate manpower.
- Verify machine readiness.
- Ensure material availability.
- Monitor hourly production.
- Resolve shop-floor issues.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance.
- Update production status.
- Plan shift handover.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Review production performance.
- Analyze downtime.
- Review scrap and rework.
- Review labour productivity.
- Conduct 5S audits.
- Review operator performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Review production KPIs.
- Analyze productivity trends.
- Review overtime.
- Review manpower utilization.
- Plan training activities.
- Submit improvement proposals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sheet metal: 10 years (Required)
