- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies and business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Additional Information:
