Position: Back Office Assistant Department: Front Office / Reservations Location: Hotel Operations Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain reservation records and booking charts. Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone, email, and booking systems. Coordinate with travel agents and online travel partners for bookings and confirmations. Update daily occupancy charts and reservation schedules. Maintain proper guest booking documentation and reports. Assist the front office team with administrative and reservation-related tasks. Ensure accurate entry of guest details in the hotel management system. Communicate professionally with agents and guests regarding availability, rates, and policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage booking charts and reservation systems efficiently. Strong communication skills. Language Requirements: Hindi – Proficient English – Proficient Tamil – Proficient Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office is an advantage.
