Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage executive communications, email correspondence, reports, business documents, schedules, and day-to-day executive operations. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
Email & Communication Management
· Monitor and manage executive email inboxes.
· Draft and respond to emails professionally.
· Prioritise important communications.
· Follow up on pending action items.
Report Preparation & Business Documentation
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
· Create presentations and business summaries.
· Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Document Management
· Prepare business documents, proposals, and letters.
· Organise and maintain digital records.
· Ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
Calendar & Meeting Management
· Manage executive calendars.
· Coordinate meetings and schedules.
· Track meeting follow-ups.
Administrative Support
· Provide day-to-day administrative support.
· Maintain records and correspondence.
· Support office operations.
Coordination & Follow-ups
· Coordinate with teams on deliverables.
· Maintain task trackers.
· Escalate delays when required.
Data Management
· Maintain spreadsheets and business records.
· Generate reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
· Verify data accuracy.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
· Handle confidential information responsibly.
· Maintain professionalism in all communications.
Process Improvement
· Improve administrative workflows.
· Standardise documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Technologies
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
· Professional email writing and business communication
· Report writing and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, English, or a related field.
· 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Overall Responsibility
Support executives by managing communications, preparing reports, maintaining business documentation, coordinating schedules, tracking action items, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
