Position Overview
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right language learning program. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand students' learning needs and career aspirations.
This role combines educational counseling with admissions support to ensure every learner receives the right guidance before enrollment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand each student's educational background, language proficiency, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable Brets-LangVR courses based on individual needs.
- Explain course curriculum, learning methodology, certifications, fees, and career benefits.
Admissions & Sales
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain healthy conversion ratios.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
Relationship Management
- Build trust with students and parents.
- Address queries regarding courses, schedules, placements, and payment options.
- Ensure a positive counseling experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and student support teams.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status in CRM daily.
- Record counseling sessions and follow-up activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate student records.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends in language learning and EdTech.
- Understand competitor offerings.
- Provide market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, EdTech Sales, Education Consulting, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
- Experience in language training institutes or EdTech companies will be an added advantage.
