We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and CRM integrations while supporting business requirements through scalable CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop and deploy Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Process Flows.
- Create and customize CRM entities, forms, dashboards, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Web Services, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Build and support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
- Perform CRM data migration, synchronization, and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application and performance-related issues.
- Implement CRM security models and access controls.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver CRM enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
