Front Desk & Welcoming: Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, students, and guests, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Enquiry Management: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries. Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, and schedules.
- Student & Staff Support: Route queries to the appropriate departments (counseling, academics, or administration). Assist with processing late arrivals, early dismissals, and attendance registers.
- Front Office Admin: Maintain visitor logs, organize correspondence (couriers/mail), schedule meetings, and update institute calendars.
- Record Keeping: Ensure institute records, student enquiry registers, and inventory of front-office stationery are properly maintained.
Preferred Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or educational administration.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual proficiency in English and the local language is heavily valued in regions like Kerala).
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic database navigation.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, a pleasing personality, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor.
