Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist who can seamlessly translate ideas into eye-catching visual narratives. If you have a passion for retail branding, social media marketing, and high-quality video production, this role is for you. You will be responsible for creating compelling promotional graphics, motion designs, and video content that resonate with our massive customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design striking digital banners, social media posts, print flyers, and in-store branding materials.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Shoot, edit, and animate engaging promotional videos, reels, and advertisements for our digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia output aligns strictly with JamJoom Hypermarket’s brand guidelines and identity.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for seasonal offers, festivals, and new product launches.
Technical Skill Requirements
Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software is essential. You must have hands-on expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop (Ps) & Adobe Illustrator (Ai) for advanced graphic layout and photo manipulation.
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Pr) & DaVinci Resolve for seamless video editing, color grading, and post-production.
- Adobe After Effects (Ae) for motion graphics and visual effects.
Eligibility CriteriaPlease Note: The following criteria are explicitly specified by our recruitment framework for this current vacancy opening:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production (retail or agency experience is a plus).
- Age Limit: 21 to 26 years old.
