Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, writing clean and efficient code, leading backend development activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications
- Build robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Work with databases and cloud platforms for deployment and maintenance
- Follow best practices in software development and DevOps processes
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with frameworks such as:

- Flask
- FastAPI
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- PostgreSQL

- MongoDB
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of unit testing and debugging techniques
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations is an added advantage
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Educational Qualification
