About Us
Aduri Group is a growing real estate company specializing in premium open plots, gated community projects, villas, and residential developments. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing.
- Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers until the sale is closed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (12th pass with sales experience can also apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or direct sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
