What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? Qualification: Graduate Process Matter Experts are deep subject matter experts and work closely with the client and GPO’S. They are the critical link between the client and the Accenture service delivery teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Global Design: Provide end to end process expertise input to future state process design Assist the GPOs in compiling leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles Provide input into the technology enablement (Workday) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps Work with GPOs to documentation process narratives needed for SOP creation Localization: Compile localization practices to help with localization preparation Participate in the localization sessions and provide process input Document localization requirements needed for SOP creation Testing: Provide input and compile end to end process scenarios Participate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creation Standard Operating Procedures Build: Develop SOPs for each process area Work with their GPOs and their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of DTP content Training and Service Rehearsals: Participate in training and service rehearsal activities for their process areas Train BPO process SMEs Help the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gap Provide input to the creation of a Global Quality Framework with quantified measurement criteria’s in alignment with client/contractual needs Cutover and Ongoing Operations: Work with the GPOs to execute process cutover activities Participate in ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIs Provide inputs to the creation of a Global Quality Framework with quantified measurement criteria’s in alignment with client/contractual needs Work with Service delivery leads and help them address key/critical escalations
