Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Application Support Intern to join our Application Support team. The intern will assist in monitoring applications, handling support tickets, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise applications, incident management, SQL, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor application health and support dashboards.

Acknowledge and triage support tickets based on defined processes and SLAs.

Perform initial troubleshooting for application, data, and user issues.

Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with complete diagnostic information.

Execute routine operational tasks and health checks.

Assist in validating production fixes and deployments.

Analyze logs and identify basic application or data issues.

Support user access and configuration requests.

Willingness to work in rotational shift – UK & US

Prepare and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with web applications and APIs is an advantage.
