Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Cold calling, emailing, and networking to reach potential clients.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospects.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation & presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
