Job Summary
NS2 MEI Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Engineer cum Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in project billing, AutoCAD, and project coordination. Candidates with a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project billing as per client requirements.
Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and vendors.
Prepare BOQs, measurements, and billing documentation.
Maintain project records, reports, and billing data.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Coordinate material requirements and work progress with site teams.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards.
Conduct site visits as required for project monitoring and coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Experience in Billing Engineering is mandatory.
Experience in project coordination will be preferred.
Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply (if applicable).
