About the Role
Thomas Cook India Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our Foreign Exchange Sales team as Apprentices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and foreign exchange operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with foreign exchange products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable forex solutions.
- Support branch sales activities and customer engagement.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Pass-out year: 2022 to 2026.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
