Job Title: Data & Analytics Architect (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI & Azure) Experience 10+ Years Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure, with a strong background in modern data architectures, business intelligence, data governance, and cloud transformation initiatives. The Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership teams to define scalable analytics strategies and deliver high-performing data solutions that drive business value. Define end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, transformation, storage, security, and reporting layers. Develop scalable Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures aligned with business goals. Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Data & Analytics Design and optimize Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Build robust data models supporting self-service analytics and enterprise reporting. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across business domains. Drive analytics modernization initiatives leveraging Microsoft Fabric capabilities. Cloud & Azure Platform Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure data services. Lead Azure migration and modernization projects. Implement secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures. Define disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies. Governance & Security Establish data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and compliance standards. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), security policies, and data protection measures. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide architectural guidance to development teams. Conduct architecture reviews and solution assessments. Mentor data engineers, BI developers, and technical teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Architecture. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. 5+ years of experience with Power BI and Azure Data Platform. Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise data warehousing concepts. Experience designing cloud-based data solutions on Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of data integration patterns, governance, and security best practices.
