Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, emails, and marketing campaigns.
Write compelling copy, captions, scripts, and promotional content aligned with the brand voice.
Plan and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns by collaborating with creators and influencers.
Develop content briefs and coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms.
Stay updated with social media trends and create high-performing content that drives engagement and leads.
Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Required Skills
Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Experience creating social media content and managing UGC campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva or similar tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Content Writing, Content Marketing, Social Media, or UGC/Influencer Marketing.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
