About the Role:
Bilivin Education is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from technical backgrounds who are interested in building a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential students via calls, messages, and online platforms
- Explain courses, programs, and services offered by the company
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales concepts
- Confident and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with a technical degree (B.Tech / BCA or similar
- Age: Up to 27 years
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
