Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, confirmations, employee engagement, performance review coordination, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain employee records and documentation.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new hires.
Handle employee separation processes, exit interviews, and final settlements.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook guidelines.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Recommend process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
Employee Relations & Grievance Management
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Support managers in handling employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
Payroll & HR Administration
Coordinate and manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing in coordination with finance or payroll teams.
Handle HRMIS updates, employee data management, and HR reporting.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage 60% in-house Telesales hiring responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and corporate positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
