Applicants should have exposure/competence in the following:
· Implement company HSE policies and procedures at fabrication workshop and project sites.
· Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
· Monitoring daily activities including steel fabrication, welding, erection, lifting operations, scaffolding, and working at heights.
· Prepare Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments for site activities.
· Review method statements for fabrication, erection, lifting operations, and construction works.
· Conduct safety inductions for new workers and subcontractors.
· Maintain records of: Safety inspection, incident reports, safety training, PPE distribution, Risk assessment
· Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
· Ensure subcontractors comply with company safety policies.
Required Qualification & Work Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a safety officer/in-charge in fabrication industry or construction industry
· Diploma or degree in occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health or related field
· NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred
· Good communication & leadership skills
· Ability to read technical drawings and identify hazards
· Familiarity with working at heights, lifting operations, welding safety, and scaffolding safety.
· Ability to enforce safety rules firmly but constructively
· Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
· Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per hour
