Position Overview
The Cluster Reservation & Tour Design Specialist will serve as the central hub for designing, curating, pricing, and executing end-to-end travel experiences for destinations and client segments. This role combines creative itinerary crafting with operational execution—handling everything from domestic and international package customization to complex ticketing (air, rail, and land transport).
The ideal candidate possesses deep destination knowledge & hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, curate, and price tailored domestic and international travel packages aligned with distinct client preferences, budgets, travel styles, and special interests.
- Construct engaging, seamless, day-by-day travel programs that balance sightseeing, leisure, local culture, logistics, and unique high-quality experiences.
- Deliver fast, error-free quotations to clients or internal sales teams within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Issue, re-issue, modify, and cancel flight tickets via GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Secure hotel inventory, transfers, guided tours, and special activity vouchers across the cluster, ensuring all supplier confirmations are documented.
- Handle schedule changes, flight cancellations, visa updates, and emergency modifications swiftly to ensure zero downtime or discomfort for traveling clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in reservation management & Packaging
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
