Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team and contribute to our brand growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional creatives aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels using modern editing tools.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to generate innovative content ideas.
- Track and analyze content performance using platform insights and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns, employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing, digital branding, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Canva, figma
- Cap Cut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred but not mandatory)
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn & Instagram Marketing
- Content Writing & Copywriting
- Basic Video Editing
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools
