Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of AAC Blocks by meeting builders, contractors, developers, architects, and project consultants.
- Visit construction sites daily and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in AAC Blocks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Nagpur construction market is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
