As we continue to streamline our multi-location operations, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources department and manage our distributed workforce effectively.
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (6–7 years of experience) to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will act as the go-to person for all employee-related issues, manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure strict statutory compliance across all branches, and optimize our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance & Payroll Input
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and Professional Tax (PT).
- Oversee the ESIC/ESI portal operations, employee registrations, and monthly contribution filings.
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to provide accurate monthly attendance, leave, and compliance inputs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all 9 locations, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks to find talent for both corporate and regional roles.
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding process to welcome and integrate new hires across different branches.
3. HR Systems & Operations
- Maintain and optimize HRIS / ESI/ESS (Employee Self-Service) systems to ensure accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Formulate, implement, and update HR policies aligned with current labor laws and business needs across all locations.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Nurture a positive working environment and implement engagement initiatives that connect employees across different geographic locations.
- Oversee annual performance appraisal cycles and training needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6–7 years of core HR experience, ideally in a mid-range firm (100–200 employees) with a multi-branch setup.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of PF, ESI, and ESS systems. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and standard HRIS tools.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory acts, and multi-state compliance nuances.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage remote/distributed teams effectively.
