Roles & Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls every day to prospective students.
- Generate walk-ins by explaining our courses and inviting students to visit the centre.
- Follow up aggressively with interested leads until conversion.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for student visits and admissions.
Requirements
- Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic English communication is sufficient.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
