Job Summary
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests.
- Serving guests as per company standards.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handling guest complaints and requests professionally.
- Taking guest feedback and reporting concerns.
- Maintaining assigned service station and cleanliness.

- Welcome and assist guests.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Handle guest queries and complaints.
- Maintain hygiene and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members.
- Support smooth restaurant operations.

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior F&B service experience will be an added advantage.
